How to Participate in Sephora USA Survey
To complete the survey, you must have at least visited a Sephora store. It doesn’t matter if you actually bought something or not so you won’t need any receipt or purchase code. Also, if you plan to enter the sweepstakes after the survey, you must be at least 18 years old.
- Go to Sephora Customer Experience Survey for USA homepage (check related link below). Click the “Begin Survey” button.
- Complete the survey by answering all the questions. You’ll see a bar at the right top side of the page indicating how many more questions you need to answer to enter the draw.
- Upon finishing the questionnaire, you must enter your complete name, address and email address.
- When the survey is done, you can now enter the sweepstakes.
