Customer satisfaction is the fuel of a good business. It is important not just to the consumer, but more so to the business since it closely affects a company’s net profit. One of the ways to figure out customer satisfaction is through surveys. American retailer Kroger uses this strategy through its Kroger Feedback Survey.
Kroger or The Kroger Company is a US retail merchant established in 1883 by Bernard Kroger. It is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. When it comes to revenue, Kroger is America’s biggest supermarket chain and ranks second (after Walmart) in the largest general retailer list. As of 2013, Kroger runs over 2400 stores – either directly or via its subsidiaries – and employs more than 340,000 workers. Kroger is made up of a variety of stores, such as groceries, convenience stores, and department stores, as well as supermarkets and mall jewellery shops.
How to Participate in Kroger’s Feedback Survey
In exchange for providing honest reviews, Kroger stores are offering gift card prizes such as the $100 gift card for 100 lucky customers and the $5000 grand prize gift card for one lucky buyer. To participate in this survey, you need to have a recent Kroger sale receipt. To enter the sweepstakes, you must be a US resident and at least 18 years old.
- Go to Kroger Feedback Survey homepage (check related link below). If you wish to answer the survey in Spanish, click the “Spanish” link at the bottom of the page.
- Fill in the information from your Kroger receipt: date, time and entry ID. Your entry ID consists of a store number (3 digits), terminal number (1 digit), transaction number (2 digits) and operator number (1 digit), plus the Survey Entry Code. Click “Start.”
