The Detroit Free Press Home Delivery is a circulation subscription service that allows its subscribers to have the publication delivered to their doorsteps. For the introductory period, the subscriber only pays for one month’s worth of subscription ($20) but gets the following two months for free. The subscription includes a print delivery every Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, and 7-day E-editions that will allow the subscriber to read the newspaper online on days when home delivery is not received. The E-editions are organised like newspapers but have the advantages of the web, including links to advertisers and a certain section for breaking news.
The Detroit Free Press Home Delivery is an offer valid only within the counties of Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Livingston, and Washtenaw. At the end of the introductory period, the subscriber will be charged $20 per month for continuation of service, unless subscription has been cancelled beforehand. Mode of payment for the subscription would be through credit card, so without cancelling subscription, Detroit Media Partnership will be authorized to automatically deduct the fees from the credit card on the first business day of the month.
